Phoenix Fire Cider
This seasonal specialty is unique each year based on the harvest and the offerings of the Wild. 2024’S Summer Solstice variety has an organic apple cider vinegar base and is infused from Spring Equinox until Summer Solstice with: red onions, stinging nettle, echinacea, lemon balm, cleavers, ginger root, rose hips, rosemary, sage, garlic, and honey. Steeped in Beet Kvass from local business, Chili & Thistle.
Excellent to add to eggs, greens, stews, soups or stir fry. Superb salad dressing or marinade. For salad dressing, add equal parts Phoenix Fire Cider to a good quality oil (avocado or olive oil are favorites) shake and add to your salad.
Add to any mayonnaise based dishes instead of plain vinegar for a rich flavor, such as: macaroni salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, etc.
Add a few tablespoons to a 1/4 cup oil for a tasty and tangy bread dip. Pairs exceptionally well with a rustic loaf.
I add it to my daily greens each day to boost immunity and to aid digestion.
